Terms & Conditions

1. Custom Licensing Agreements

All bespoke Next.js frontends, WebGL animations, and automated pipelines engineered by VersalFlow belong to the client upon contract fulfillment, subject to the terms of signed service agreements.

2. Acceptable Platform Use

Clients agree not to feed malicious coordinates or inject SQL exploits into automated ledgers or machine learning pipelines. We monitor operations to protect API limits.

3. Service Levels & Warranties

While we build high-availability systems with failover safeguards, uptime guarantees are governed solely by specific SLA contracts.
